Erasmus Mundus Evolutionary biology

EBC and the Biology Education Centre at Uppsala University offers an International Research Master in Evolutionary Biology, that also is an Erasmus Mundus programme (MEME) with the posibility to apply for scholarships from EU.

MEME (the Erasmus Mundus Master Programme in Evolutionary Biology) is a two-year research oriented master programme for talented and motivated students who are interested in understanding evolution in all its facets.

Information about the specialisation

MEME (the Erasmus Mundus Master Programme in Evolutionary Biology) is a joint project between four European universities (University of Groningen, Netherlands; Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich, Germany; Uppsala University, Sweden; University of Montpellier II, France) and Harvard University (USA). Students will start the programme at one of these universities, and will spend at least one semester at a partner university. Upon completion of the program, students will be awarded double or (in some cases) triple degrees from two or three partner universities.

The application deadline for the MEME programme is mid January.

Apply through this site:
Note however that since MEME is applied for as a separate programme altogether, you may want to consider applying directly to the Uppsala MSc programme specialisation in Evolutionary Biology in the event that you are not granted a scholarship for the MEME programme.
